WHY THE ENERCAT MODULE CAN PREVENT PARAFFIN OR

ASPHALTUM SOLIDIFICATION IN OIL FIELD PRODUCTION OPERATIONS

The ENERCAT module consists of self-perpetuating subtle energy generated from quartz crystals. The crystals are encased in molten aluminum and formed into a mould that can be attached to a tubing pup joint.

The majority of paraffin and asphaltenes are micelle structures. This can be visualized as a tennis ball. The center core is made up of water molecules. In some cases, this may carry certain heavy metals such as chromium, iron, and/or vanadium which all carry a positive charge.

Outside this inner core is the hydrogen carbon chain. This is lined up in an outward radius direction. We can relate this to a fuzzy hair. At each outside end of this hydrogen carbon chain, negative charge attaches some molecule-bonded water. In some cases this attaches oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen which all have a negative charge. There are many free hydrogen carbon chains caught in between the fixed hydrogen carbon chain via London Van der Woals attraction (electronic induction force).

When the pressure and temperature is high enough the micelle structure is in a stable condition, in a liquid phase. If the pressure and temperature drops, the inside water becomes unstable. The micelle structure expands and the gap between the hydrogen carbon chain increases. The London Van der Woals attraction force reduces, thereby releasing the free hydrogen carbon chain. In turn all the free hydrogen carbon chains will link together and increase the chain length to form hard wax formation. If we were to add salt, this would also cause the hydrogen carbon chain to solidify.
We install the ENERCAT in the oil well before the oil reaches the pump. The subtle energy will structure the molecule-bonded water to become more stable than in the initial state. This will enable it to resist temperature drops to below the normal solidification point. This also resists pressure changes. In turn, the Enercat will deliver oil to the surface in close to formation condition.
